Moreover, the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) composition of BIPT has been predicted in the range of x=0.85-0.95. This systems were hardly to poled based on the large tetragonality(c/a>1.06) and high electrical conductivity. 摘要

采用常规氧化法制备了具有高居里温度的新型钙钛矿(1-x)BiInO3-xPbTiO3 (BIPT)陶瓷。实验结果表明,除非PbTiO3含量大于75%,否则很难合成具有稳定钙钛矿相的BIPT陶瓷。在x=0.85 ~ 0.95范围内预测了BIPT的形态取向相界(MPB)组成。该体系具有较大的四方性(c/a>1.06)和较高的电导率,不易极化。还可以观察到BIPT陶瓷表现出明显的晶间断裂。
