摘要

本文提出了两种从雷达图像中快速提取洪水区域的方法。基于商业识别软件的面向对象分类技术和主动轮廓技术在2幅ENVISAT ASAR图像上都得到了结果;2003年1月2日在佛兰德斯的洪水期间记录了一次,同年6月26日在非洪水地区记录了一次。在这两种技术中,净淹水结果都是基于从未淹水的参考图像中减去现有水体(即湖泊、河流、运河等),从淹水期间记录的图像中获得的。
