The model is solved with the aid of one example by genetic algorithm and the optimal incentive coefficients are obtained. 摘要

针对建筑工程中业主与承包商之间信息不对称的问题。为了激励承包商生产,以成本、质量和进度为激励因素,考虑双方利益,基于三因素的关系函数,构建了多因素激励定价的双层决策模型。上层模型以激励系数为决策变量,以业主期望效用最大化为目标;下层模型以努力程度为决策变量,以承包商期望收益最大化为目标。利用遗传算法结合实例对模型进行了求解,得到了最优激励系数。最后,通过数值模拟得到了不同影响因素下激励系数的变化规律。
