Hypothesis testing is carried out using smart PLS version 3.0. The findings showed a significant effect between organizational justice and job satisfaction, between Organizational justice and OCB, and between Job satisfaction and OCB. Thus, Job satisfaction only acts as a partial mediation. This finding indicates that organizational justice and job satisfaction can directly influence the increase in OCB without going through the mediator variables. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨如何改善组织公民行为、组织公平感和工作满意度。占比省Tanjung Jabung Regency区域金融机构的85名雇员通过发放问卷参与了这项研究。假设检验使用智能PLS 3.0版本进行。研究结果显示,组织公平与工作满意、组织公平与组织公民行为、工作满意与组织公民行为之间存在显著影响。因此,工作满意度只起到部分中介作用。这一发现表明,组织公正和工作满意度可以直接影响组织公民行为的增加,而不需要经过中介变量。因此,改善组织公民行为可以通过直接提高组织公平感和直接提高工作满意度来实现。
