Therefore, the selection of one or more PPMIS of all possible is an important and difficult task for decision makers. The variety of functionalities and features offered, and changes in the needs of each organization, make the prioritization of an appropriate PPMIS a complicated multi-criteria decision problem. The complexity of the problem is increased by the multiplicity of actors involved in the prioritization process. These multi stakeholders often cannot accurately assess their preferences judgment of candidate PPMIS. To meet these limitations, this paper presents one of PPMIS prioritization approach that applies an information entropy method. This approach takes into account the imprecision of data and the uncertainty of the judgments of assessor's when evaluating PPMIS for the needs of the organization.
