Numerical results showed that location of the container of a rice bulk placed in cooking chamber affects the distribution of electric field in the chamber and this in turn affects the heat distribution in the rice bulk. 摘要

本研究利用2.45 GHz频率的家用微波炉对精米害虫进行了除虫研究。为了更深入、清晰地了解加热过程,本文对家用微波炉进行了数值模拟。模拟过程包括电磁和传热两种物理现象。数值计算结果表明,在蒸煮室中放置大米的容器的位置会影响蒸煮室中电场的分布,进而影响大米内部的热量分布。此外,随着微波辐照时间的延长,稻谷内部温度也随之升高。
