摘要

由于不同岗位对胜任力的要求不同,本文通过科学的方法,建立了包含21种胜任力的胜任力模型,并确定了专业知识与技能、人力资源管理职业晋升潜力、个人工作态度、个人职业特质四大类胜任力的定义。运用能力评价方法和实证研究对模型的结构进行考察,对我国企业具有借鉴意义。

Research on the Promotion-based Competence Model and Evaluation on Grass-Roots Human Resource Administrators
