This study first analyses the structure and characteristics of the ecological chain of intelligent logistics, and puts forward the defects of two existing Chinese intelligent logistics enterprises' technical architectures. The key and difficult points of the ecological chain-oriented architecture design are proposed accordingly and then the design model based on internal and external links is proposed from a holistic perspective. Besides, differences in enterprise size bring different architectural requirements. A case analysis of T Logistics Company's technical architecture is studied to verify the application of the design model. 摘要

智能经济打破了信息孤岛,上下游之间逐渐形成生态链结构。对于物流业来说,生态链管理是一个战略环节。生态链架构的设计对智能物流运作的成功与否有着重要的影响。本研究首先分析了智能物流生态链的结构和特征,提出了我国现有两家智能物流企业技术架构存在的缺陷。据此提出了生态链导向建筑设计的重点和难点,并从整体角度提出了基于内外联系的设计模式。此外,企业规模的差异带来了不同的架构需求。通过对T物流公司技术体系结构的案例分析,验证了设计模型的应用。研究结论可为相关管理者和从业者提供参考。
