Effects of optimising research of technological modes of electro-spark processing of steel surfaces are given. It is shown that the increase of the anode-cathode voltage at simultaneous magnification of a discharge capacity of condensers leads to decrease in velocity of metalpolymeric tribosystem attrition. 摘要

探讨了不同工艺模式下合金电极材料对电火花成形涂层显微硬度、厚度和摩擦性能的影响。结果表明,无论何种电极材料,随着电火花加工能量模式参数的增加,镀层的显微硬度和厚度都呈增加趋势。给出了钢表面电火花加工工艺模式优化研究的效果。结果表明,在电容器放电容量增大的同时,阳极-阴极电压的增加会导致金属聚合物摩擦系统磨损速度的降低。通过“突然上升”,确定了最佳的加工方式。
