By defining the concept of conflict degree based on vector angle, the method gives a quantitative method for the degree of conflict of group cooperative decision; The conflict degree judgment model and the decision variable adjustment model is constructed, and conflict elimination is completed though a network centric interactive collaborative approach, so that the opinion consensus problem of group decision making is solved.
