Group A rats were intraperitoneally injected with equivalent volume of citrate buffer. Daily intra peritoneal injection of 100mg/kg A. muricata was administered to group C rats for two weeks. The rats were sacrificed and the pancreas were removed and fixed in Bouins fluid. The tissues were processed for paraffin embedding and sections of 5μm thickness were produced and stained. 摘要
