Особенности клеточной гибели моноцитов больных атопической бронхиальной астмой

The article presents the study of clinical and functional characteristics of patients with mild and severe forms of atopic asthma, as well as the study of morphological and biochemical features of apoptotic activity of T-lymphocytes of patients in the process of cultivation. Apoptotic changes of lymphocytes in the mild ABA and control group are the same. In the group with severe asthma dexamethasone increases the content of lymphocytes with early manifestations of apoptosis. In the first time for the study of dexamethasone effect on lymphocytes used the method of atomic force microscopy which showed changes in the topography of the cells.
