Hva gjør individuell tilpasning av aktivitetskrav utfordrende?
aktivitetskrav The individualisation of activation services is a policy objective. This paper investigates promoting and inhibiting factors for this objective. Based on national survey data from 1300 frontline workers in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (Nav), it was found that although most respondents report that they tailor activity requirements to the clients’ needs to a high extent, one-third state that they individualise activity requirements to a low extent. While experiences of strong performance management and high workloads inhibit individualised activation services, knowledge regarding activation and perceptions of activity requirements as an effective tool for labour market integration promote individualised activation services.
