The empirical research results show that the work-family balance scale in the Chinese context revised in this paper has good reliability and validity, and they can clearly reflect the Chinese culture and realistic situation with Chinese characteristics. These can provide more measuring tools for the research of work-family balance in China. 摘要

本文梳理了国内外工作家庭平衡的研究现状,发现中国本土化背景下工作家庭平衡的理论和证据可以进一步拓展。根据行为科学理论,在文献研究和企业访谈的基础上,形成了量表的初步入口。然后,通过探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析和信度检验,得到一个包含四个维度16个项目的量表。实证研究结果表明,本文修订的中国情境下的工作家庭平衡量表具有良好的信度和效度,能够清晰地反映中国文化和具有中国特色的现实情况。这些可以为中国工作家庭平衡的研究提供更多的测量工具。它也为生产经营管理中处理环境和社会因素提供了很好的工具。
