Through the CST electromagnetic software, the polarization characteristics of the ship target are calculated, and the radar echo signal of the ship target in different receiving polarization mode and different observation angle is obtained, and the polarization characteristic of the target is obtained. The polarization characteristics of chaff interference are obtained by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation. The target results show that the radar echo polarization ratio of the ship is much larger than that of the chaff interference.
