摘要

本文研究了离散网络设计问题的一种新形式。新模型不同于传统的双层规划模型。在新模型中,既要考虑现有拥塞链路的扩容或新增链路,又要考虑链路的改善程度。上模型是一个传统的数学优化问题,下模型是一个由变分不等式(VI)表示的用户均衡条件。然后提出了该模型的一种算法,数值实验表明,该算法在实践中是有效的,具有解决更大的网络设计问题的潜力。
