摘要

IVR是CTI中心的重要组成部分。但是目前大多数的IVR系统都是针对特定的需求而设计的,扩展性较低,不能成为一个可重用的系统。用于其他目的的新IVR系统应重新编码。本文提出了一种分层的可重用IVR系统,该系统减少了模型之间的依赖关系,并采用XML文件作为配置文件,通过修改XML文件使IVR易于更改。

Design of hierarchical and configurable IVR system
IVR is an important part of CTI center. But most of current IVR system is designed for specific requirements with low extensibility and can not be a reusable system.
