ANALYSIS OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF CONGENITAL DISCOSION OF THE HIGH IN CHILDREN FOR THE PERIOD 2017-2022

Врожденный вывих бедра одна из актуальных проблем детской ортопедии. Представлен анализ видов операций, выполненных в Челябинской областной детской клинической больнице за последние 5 лет. Отмечена тенденция к более раннему (с 6 мес.) открытому вправлению врожденного вывиха бедра и выполнению более сложных корригирующих операций. Такой подход, с одной стороны, позволяет уменьшить количество асептических некрозов головки бедренной кости и необходимость в сложных операциях. С другой стороны, внедрение более сложных корригирующих операций улучшает результаты хирургического лечения тяжелых вариантов врожденного вывиха бедра. Congenital dislocation of the hip is one of the urgent problems of pediatric orthopedics. An analysis of the types of operations performed in the Chelyabinsk Regional Children's Clinical Hospital over the past 5 years is presented. There was a trend towards earlier (from 6 months) open reduction of congenital hip dislocation and more complex corrective surgeries. This approach, on the one hand, reduces the number of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head and the need for complex operations. On the other hand, the introduction of more complex corrective surgeries improves the results of surgical treatment of severe variants of congenital hip dislocation.
