Sinar Mitra Sepadan Finance Bengkulu Branch. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the employees of PT. Sinar Mitra Sepadan Finance Bengkulu Branch. The sampling method used a non-probabilty technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 40 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨新加坡金光金融明库鲁分行的激励与组织支持对员工绩效的影响。这类研究是一种定量描述性研究,本研究的对象是PT. Sinar Mitra Sepadan Finance Bengkulu分行的员工。抽样方法采用非概率技术,即偶然抽样。本次调查的调查对象为40人。使用问卷调查收集数据的方法。数据分析技术采用多元线性回归分析检验和假设检验,即t检验和f检验。本研究结果表明,激励变量对员工绩效有正向影响,组织支持对员工绩效有正向影响,激励和组织支持共同对员工绩效有正向显著影响。关键词:激励,组织支持,员工绩效
