The idea of this approach is to contribute in the medical domain. The watermark to be inserted is the diagnosis own to patient's. The tested images are the medical endoscopic images. The principal idea turns on ameliorate of the principal constraints constituted in all watermarked system such as the imperceptibility and the robustness of the watermarking system.
