The activity of different subdivisions of the oncological service of the republic was analyzed, the features and tendencies of their functioning were noted and conclusions on the correction of diagnostics and treatment of oncological diseases were made. The results of foreign multicenter studies related to the impact of COVID-19 on the activities of cancer services in different countries and regions and their recommendations were also studied. Cancer patients are the most vulnerable group, as they are at high risk of immunosuppression, are elderly, and have comorbidities (diabetes, cardiovascular).
