Then, the empirical analysis on the relationship between innovative organization and innovative performance within standardized KIBS and customized KIBS are carried out. 摘要

通过对组织理论和创新理论的梳理,提出了知识密集型商业服务创新组织的定义和结构,并从自我管理、相互依存和边界穿透三个维度提出了创新组织的结构,从获得性绩效和标准化绩效两个维度提出了创新绩效。在此基础上,实证分析了标准化KIBS和定制型KIBS中创新组织与创新绩效的关系。研究发现,两种类型的知识型企业的创新组织特征不同,并证明了不同知识型企业创新绩效的差异。
