Platinum screen printed electrode has been used as an indicator. Essential advantage of the proposed method is simultaneous use of the both forms of the ferricyanide/ferrocyanide mediator system (oxidized and reduced ones) that allows estimating oxidant and antioxidant components of the seminal or follicular fluids samples which were obtained, respectively, from 99 male and 27 female subjects. 摘要

为了方便地评价这类生物流体的氧化/抗氧化状态,提出了一种基于铁氰化物/亚铁氰化物介质体系中精囊液或卵泡液样品加入测量电化学电池后电极电位急剧变化的电位测定方法。铂丝网印刷电极已被用作指示剂。所提出的方法的本质优点是同时使用两种形式的铁氰化物/亚铁氰化物介质系统(氧化的和还原的),可以估计分别从99名男性和27名女性受试者中获得的精液或卵泡液样品的氧化和抗氧化成分。精液的氧化活性在男性生殖系统的病理条件下被观察到,并与可能的男性不育症状有关。
