摘要

随着先进装备制造向精密、超精密方向的快速发展,特别是随着航空发动机性能的不断提高,用于航空发动机装配的大载荷二维调整定位工作台的位移分辨率问题日益突出。提出了一种基于不变恢复力的调整定位方法,建立了调整定位物理模型。实验结果表明,在508 kg载荷下,与传统方法的1.4μm相比,采用改进方法后的工作台位移分辨率达到0.3μm。改进后的方法可以满足航空发动机装配工作台的要求。
