The subjects of this study were earthenware’s craftsman at Banyuning Village. While the object of this research is, transformational leadership, motivation and performance. The population used in this study was 35 earthenware’s craftsman at Banyuning Village. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques in this study were using a observation, document recording, questionnaire, then the data were analyzed using with multiple linear regression test. Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pengerajin Gerabah Di Kelurahan Banyuning
