To realize an excellent four-way power divider with ideal zero amplitude and phase difference in the four output ports, the whole structure is assumed symmetric with respect to the input port. It operates at E-band with a relative bandwidth of 20.8% and the isolation is lower than -20dB. The signal incident on the input port can be fully, evenly, and in-phase coupled to the output port.
