In particular, the paper explores the essence and theoretical aspects of MLS, proposes the conceptual bases for creating the MLS when digitizing the domestic real estate market, and describes the mechanism of MLS's operation. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach to the formation of the conceptual foundations for creating an MLS for the real estate market of Uzbekistan. DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF REAL ESTATE MARKET: TOWARDS CREATING A NATIONAL MODEL OF MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE IN UZBEKISTAN
