摘要

本文提出了一种多方法建模宽带支路混合电路的可行方法。该方法基于波浪数字法,直接考虑了带有缺陷地面结构的微带线的散射参数。利用缺陷接地结构改善宽带混合电路的性能和频率响应。作为应用实例,设计并制作了一种工作在2400 MHz中心频率的三段宽带支路混合电路。预测结果与实测结果吻合良好。
