Method: Experimental laboratory in vitro was held using post-test only control group design. There are four groups: negative control group and black seed oil emulgel in 5%, 7%, and 10%. Disk diffusion method was used in this research. Data analyzed by Anova test. Result: The result indicates some significant effect of black seed oil emulgel on Streptococcus mutans growth from Anova test 0,000(<0,05). 摘要

背景:外伤性溃疡继发感染可由变形链球菌引起。黑籽油凝胶(Nigella sativa L.)含有一种对变形链球菌生长有抗菌作用的皂苷。本研究的目的是了解黑籽油凝胶(Nigella sativa L.)对变形链球菌体外生长的抑菌作用。方法:体外实验采用后验组设计。实验分为四组:阴性对照组和黑籽油乳状液5%、7%和10%。本研究采用圆盘扩散法。数据分析采用方差分析。结果:方差分析显示黑籽油凝胶对变形链球菌生长有显著影响(< 0.05)。结论:黑籽油凝胶对变形链球菌生长有一定的抑菌作用。
