Antenna is integrated on the back of the module, which can greatly reduces the size of the RF transmission direction of the terminal module. The radio frequency signal at the antenna end is interconnected with the microwave substrate through gold wire bonding. The test results of one hundred and twenty-eight polarized RF channels are consistent cover the design indicators, the noise figure of the receiving link is less than 4dB, the single-polarized channel gain is tested around -10dB, so the total gain of the module is greater than 27dB.
