The single-terminal fault location method is applied in a GIL utility tunnel project. During the operation, when the GIL flashover occurred, the transient voltage generated during the breakdown was completely recorded. According to the extraction method of traveling wave feature time, the fault location is confirmed quickly. The positioning error of the method is less than 5 meters. 摘要

当气体绝缘金属封闭输电线路发生绝缘击穿事故时,准确定位击穿位置有助于应急抢修和快速恢复输电。提出了一种基于暂态电压行波的单端故障定位方法。首先,分析了GIL中的单端故障定位原理。暂态电压行波特征时间提取的准确性直接影响到单端定位的误差。为了实现暂态电压行波特征时间的自动提取,提高GIL故障定位的精度,提出了一种基于连续小波变换累积系数的行波特征时间提取方法。将单端故障定位方法应用于GIL公用隧道工程。在运行过程中,当GIL闪络发生时,击穿过程中产生的瞬态电压被完整记录下来。根据行波特征时间的提取方法,快速确定故障位置。该方法的定位误差小于5米。由此可见,基于CWT行波累积系数的单端故障定位方法可以实现GIL绝缘击穿故障的快速准确定位,有利于提高输电系统的运行可靠性。
