CERAMISTAS TUPIGUARANI DO SUDESTE DO PIAUÍ: Questões de Cronologia e Variabilidade

Neste artigo serão apresentados os resultados da análise do processo de ocupação pré-colonial do Parque Nacional Serra da Capivara, focando nas rupturas e continuidades das características da cerâmica. Para isso, vem sendo aplicadas as proposições teóricas e metodológicas defendidas por Robert Dunnell (1978), atrelados a Arqueologia Evolutiva. Na prática, foram realizados diversos testes nos dados dos sítios Aldeia do Carlos, Aldeia da Baixa dos Carvoeiros e Baixão da Serra Nova. Com os resultados, verificou-se que as semelhanças e diferenças entre os acervos podem decorrer das relações de afinidade e fluxo pelos sítios no tempo, relacionados a processos de transmissão cultural.CERAMISTS TUPIGUARANI SOUTHEAST OF PIAUÍ: Chronology and Variability Questions ABSTRACTThis paper will present the results of the analysis of the pre-colonial occupation process of the Serra da Capivara National Park, focusing on the ruptures and continuities of the characteristics of the ceramics. For this, the theoretical and methodological propositions defended by Robert Dunnell (1978), linked to Evolutionary Archeology, have been applied. In practice, several tests were carried out on data from the Aldeia do Carlos, Aldeia da Baixa dos Carvoeiros and Baixão da Serra Nova sites.
