The article presents the results of an empirical study of the features of the structure of professionalization of students under advanced training and professional retraining programs at the Institute for Supplementary Education of the LEONOV Moscow Region University of Technology. The results are presented on the example of comparing the interrelationships of the indicators of the structural components of the professionalization of persons of pre-retirement age and younger specialists. The purpose of the study was to determine the features of the components of the professionalization process, which will subsequently form the basis of the model of psychological support for persons of pre-retirement age. 摘要
