摘要

本文建立了光伏组件的广义SPICE仿真模型,该模型适用于太阳辐照度和温度与标称条件不同的工况。提出了一种利用模块数据表特征确定模型参数的提取方法。为了提高模型精度,还使用了最大功率点MPPT对应的电压Vmp和电流Imp值作为输入数据。计算机实现是在Cadence Capture和Cadence PSpice环境下完成的。给出了计算机模型的描述。对所建立的SPICE光伏组件仿真模型进行了验证,验证了该模型的有效性和准确性。
