First, we introduced the definition for output controllability of a specific MLCN, of which the updating of outputs is determined by both inputs and states via logical rules. Second, propositions of the number of different control sequences steering a MLCN from a given initial state to a destination output in a given number of time steps are derived. Consequently, criteria for the output controllability are obtained by construsting the output controllability matrix.
