Three stages required heat tracing to make the heavy density fuel oil properties suitable to flow through pipes for process requirement in thermal power plants with the help of pumping media. Theoretically, it was found that the proposed Design of fuel oil handling system using electrical heat tracing shows better result as compared to steam heat tracing. 摘要

火电厂燃油输送系统的研究是为了实现火电厂燃油输送系统的设计目标。在研究分析中提出了设计参数和工艺参数。整个系统由燃油卸载、储存和转运三个阶段组成。在抽送介质的帮助下,为了使高密度燃料油的性能适合于热电厂工艺要求的管道流动,需要三个阶段的伴热。理论分析表明,采用电伴热的燃油处理系统设计比采用蒸汽伴热的设计效果更好。为了使现有的FOHS系统更加完善,免维护,可靠性更高,进行了研究。
