摘要

在雾、霾、雨雪等复杂气象条件下,以及夜间,特别是内河、港口等受限水域,船舶运行过程中,大大阻碍和限制了船员对交通环境和船舶状态的感知和判别,造成事故或降低交通效率。内陆河船舶盲驾驶技术可以有效整合水文、地形与航道、交通动态、船舶行驶等信息,多角度、全方位、多层次地直观呈现复杂天气条件下的航道交通环境,为复杂天气条件下的船舶提供辅助导航。
