Structural investigation is performed with the aid of X-ray diffraction measurements. The results obtained from this method revealed that as-deposited films are crystalline nature. Using the Debye–Scherer’s equation, the average size of the crystallites is measured. Optical properties are determined by absorption measurements in the spectral range from 200 to 900 nm. The surface features are investigated by optical microscopic techniques such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM).
