And hence to make the power loom industry profitable and to make scalability of the production process by continuous monitoring of the power parameters of the power loom with the help of current sensors and voltage sensors is carried out in this paper. Additionally, the status of the thread involved in the power loom operation is continually monitored with the help of proximity sensors. 摘要

. 本文基于物联网的动力织机监测系统主要是通过物联网对动力织机的功耗进行监测。物联网在所有远程监控应用中起着至关重要的作用,在物联网平台的帮助下,我们可以从世界任何地方监控任何数据。由于印度的动力织机产量增加,大约有243万台被认可的动力织机,动力织机占印度纺织品产量的62%左右,生产约5.4万平方米的面料,直接和间接地为574.5万人提供就业机会。为此,本文利用电流传感器和电压传感器对动力织机的动力参数进行连续监测,使动力织机行业实现盈利,并使生产过程具有可扩展性。此外,在接近传感器的帮助下,动力织机运行中涉及的线程状态被持续监测。最后,从部署在动力织机上的传感器获得的数据被泵送到托管在注册URL中的通用web服务器上,并且数据在世界任何地方都可以使用。
