Uncertain factors couldn’t be avoided but can be analyzed. In this paper a model about Enterprise Interoperability Domain (EID) is given and the main uncertain factors during enterprise interoperability are analyzed. To analyze the correlation between the business processes in an EID, an updated grey correlation analysis method is given to help calculating the grey relational degree between the elements with uncertainty in an EID.
