The advantages of this method are the ability to select measuring intervals from 1 s to 1 day or more. The method ensures automatic saving of measurement results and their long-term storage, easy search in the history of measurements by date and name of the measuring instrument, the ability to separate the time of observation for any periods and carry out their separate analysis, and, most importantly, to save the measurement results of the phase difference of the test and reference signals, for example, every second, in the form of a single file, which is easily transformed into a spreadsheet. This enables independently, using application software tools, to calculate the relative frequency difference between the researched and reference signals and the characteristics of the instability of the researched signal.
