Perceptual engineering is the main method to study the perceptual expression of product modeling in recent years. It combines perceptual factors with engineering design, and emphasizes the design of products based on human perceptual analysis. Through this method, the most appropriate emotional factors can be selected for design in the development of new products, so that consumers' emotional needs for products can be maximized. Perceptual engineering is a branch of engineering that studies the analysis and optimization of mechanical systems. The main goal of perceptual engineering is to obtain the optimal design of a given system in terms of cost, reliability, performance or any other relevant parameters. In this article, we will discuss how to use k-means algorithm to find the best solution to design machines using perceptual engineering method.
