The comparison includes, besides used methods—diagonal lashing and V-shape diagonal lashing, the previously used method of lashing—slope lashing, which is currently not allowed to use. To calculate the inertia forces affecting the cargo, respectively the fastening straps, appropriate methods in accordance with EN 12195–1 have been chosen.
