This descriptive quantitative study used 4-Likert scale questionnaires. The present study invited forty-five university students who enrolled the first and second batch of the Teaching Campus Program. They are from thirteen higher education institutions in Indonesia. 摘要

本研究旨在确定印尼共和国教育和文化部设计的教学校园计划的实施,以提高学生的软技能。本描述性定量研究采用4-李克特量表问卷。本研究邀请了45名参加第一、第二批“校园教学计划”的大学生。他们来自印尼的13所高等教育机构。本研究结果发现,教学校园的存在改善了学生在软技能方面的学习成果,即沟通技能、承诺、细节导向、企业家技能、灵活性、诚信、领导能力、终身学习、动机、自信和思维技能。
