摘要

目的:研究ALA(口服后)在皮肤和肿瘤上的代谢情况,寻找ALA口服后的最佳剂量和诊断时间。方法:测定不同剂量ALA口服剂量(20mg/kg、40mg/kg、60mg/kg、80mg/kg、100mg/kg)和不同剂量ALA口服时间(1h、2h、4h、6h、8h、10h、12h、24h、48h)激光照射肿瘤和皮肤的荧光光谱。利用光学多通道分析仪(OMA)对荧光光谱进行分析,还需要对荧光强度进行归一化处理。结果:口服ALA 60mg/kg及口服ALA后6-8h,获得皮肤的最佳比值(肿瘤/异常)。结论:采用光学多通道分析仪(OMA)测量肿瘤和皮肤的荧光光谱。最佳剂量为口服ALA 60mg/kg,测量时间为口服ALA后6 ~ 8小时。
