In addition to the proficient and coherent strategies, information and communication organizations need to take several other factors into account for competing and contributing to the world economy. Factors like innovative approach, leadership, organizational culture, effective technology integration, and meticulous technology audit are the prominent ones that can enhance success ratio of the projects in ICT sector. While most of these factors have already been fully integrated into the organizational operations in developed world and are contributing to the growth of enterprises, but their implementation in developing countries like Pakistan is still low which in turn is affecting competitiveness of organizations. For current study, quantitative data was collected through a questionnaire survey form from 314 respondents. Correlation and regression analysis of collected data was carried out. The results supported the hypothesis that ICT Technology Management, Project Management Practices, ICT Organization Culture have a positive impact on ICT Project Success. Results revealed that for success of projects, ICT organizations should adopt proper technology management and Project Management Practices.
