In order to produce regulated sinusoidal output, a full-bridge inverter is designed. Using sinusoidal PWM signals, the output total harmonic distortion is eliminated and therefore a simpler output filter would be necessary. Ripple, distortion or flicker of the voltage, grid frequency variation, and even a blackout would not affect the sinusoidal output voltage.
