Our purpose is to report a case of recurrent corneal erosion post Asian blepharoplasty or double-eyelid surgery. The patient was initially treated with bandage contact lens, lubricants, and mild steroids with temporary improvement. Complete resolution of symptoms was achieved only following suture removal.
