The electronic model of the considered system is created. Definition of the most energetically effective operational mode of this heat supply system was carried out by means of the program Zulu complex. Basic data during modeling are accepted according to contractual and standard — technical documentation of the heat supply system owner. Influence of stage-by-stage introduction at consumers of automatic metering stations and weather regulation (AITP) on a hydraulic operating mode of system of heat supply for large municipal associations by the example of Kazan is analyzed [1, 2]. Pilot laboratory stand research are conducted. Control over the stand operating modes was exercised in the program complex written in the the LabVIEW framework.
