Very High Performance d.c. Coupled MMIC FET Amplifiers
A new design approach for broadband d.c. coupled MMIC FET amplifier stages allowing substantial improvements as gain, bandwidth, noise, input matching and stability over the state of the art solutions is described. Design and performances of two MMIC amplifiers accordingly developed are reported.
